Cannes 2019 : Julianne Moore and Dita Von Teese, stars of the Chopard party


On Friday, many personalities attended the evening Chopard organized on the sidelines of the 72nd Festival de Cannes.

This is one of the most anticipated parties of the Cannes Film Festival. As every year, the Swiss watchmaking and fine jewelry company Chopard, co-chaired by Caroline Scheufele, strives to satisfy its guests during an exceptional event: magical place, enchanting decoration and surprises galore.

For this edition, celebrated on Friday, May 17th, the theme was love. The "Love Party" was held in the town of Le Cannet, a few minutes from the Croisette in a huge exhibition hall completely redecorated for the occasion. Giant carpet custom-made at the entrance, pink vault punctuated with thousand glittering stars, and dreamy purple forest in the main room: everything was only dream and wonder.

 Official partner of the Cannes Film Festival, Chopard had gathered some of the biggest stars of this vintage 2019. Among them, Julianne Moore , Elle Fanning (jury member), Amber Heard but also the couple formed by Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, married last December. VIPs who enjoyed a colorful show. Stripper Dita Von Teese offered a glamorous show of a few minutes before giving way to the star of the evening: Mariah Carey. The diva delivered a breathtaking performance live and without playback, featuring all its flagship titles. From "We Belong Together" to "Touch My Body" to "Hero", the 49-year-old singer won the audience. A magic moment!
